Apple products and computer history enthusiasts can visit a major Apple Museum in Poland later this year . The new museum will be located in the historic Norblin Factory in Warsaw.
In its own words, the new museum will soon house the most complete and largest Apple collection in the world, including (old) computers, laptops, accessories, telephones, software, peripherals and multimedia carriers. The newly opened museum covers an area of 320 square meters and guides visitors through a timeline through Apple’s history. This journey begins with a working replica of the Apple I, with the signature of Steve Wozniak, one of the founders of Apple, on the motherboard and manual.
Part of the collection was previously on display in the Polish city of Piaseczno. However, due to its size, the owner was looking for a larger location and it was found in Warsaw. The new museum contains several interactive elements. Several of the exhibited devices can also be tested on site by visitors. The museum will open next fall.
